We ship frozen goods Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays.
When you check out you will have different options for your shipment. Ground delivery is normally the least expensive method. If you are showing a 1 or 2 day transit the items should arrive frozen or with minimal thawing. If you choose a 3-4 day transit I CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS WILL BE FROZEN. Even with some thawing, the products will be at refrigerated temperature. It is fine to refreeze and will not effect the quality of the products.
There are some area on the west coast that show 5 or more days for delivery. The longest transit time in the winter months is 4 days. If it is showing 5 days or more for shipping you CAN NOT use ground service and must upgrade to 3 day air minimum.
May Through September 3 day shipping is the longest transit time for frozen goods, choose the correct shipping to get this to you in 3 days or less.
