On receipt of order you will be notified of the shipping date. We ship Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If items are in stock your order will ship with in a few days. Dehydrated goods purchased with out frozen goods ship daily.
I will update your order from “Pending” to “Processing” and let you know the date the order will ship.
You will receive another shipment update from “Processing” to " Order Completed" when I do the shipping labels. You will receive a tracking link. I do labels the day before the order actually ships [in a lot of cases]. Tracking info is available AFTER 4 P.M. the day the order ships.
When you check out you will have different options for your shipment. Ground [home] delivery is normally the least expensive method. If you are showing a 1 or 2 day transit the items should arrive frozen or with minimal thawing. If you choose a 3 day transit I CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS WILL BE FROZEN. Even with some thawing, the products will be at refrigerated temperature. It is fine to refreeze and will not effect the quality of the products. You can also upgrade your shipping to overnight or 2 day air.
Do not choose a 4 day transit for your shipping May through September as 4 days is to long to ship frozen goods. All 4 day transit orders on frozen goods will be deleted and payment refunded.
Orders that are for dehydrated goods and or supplements only [no frozen goods] choose the flat rate shipping. These items ship daily via priority mail.
Some areas of the country UPS has faster ground shipping and some areas with Fed Ex are faster. Look at the transit times listed below and choose accordingly. Base your decision on what company has better service in your area. Most customers know which shipper provides better service in your area. Please choose accordingly. If you know for example that UPS delivers in the morning and Fed Ex delivers later in the day then choose UPS so your box is not sitting in a truck all day.
